  • Parts coverage: Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects will be shipped to you free of charge during the warranty period.
  • Battery details: Lithium batteries require constant charge. Never store the machine for long periods of time in a discharged state. Whenever possible, treat lithium batteries like your cell phone, keep charged at all times, even when not in use. 
  • Travel charges: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with travel charges if a 3rd party service provider is required to complete the repair either in the field or at a repair facility, regardless of whether the service call(s) are related to warranty or non warranty.
  • Service network: We work with an extensive network of national service providers so if you need help connecting with one in your area please let us know during the buying process.
  • Failure out of the box: In rare instances, equipment can arrive non functional which we understand how frustrating this can be. We will follow our standard service steps laid out above. We ask that you keep all original packaging, including but not limited to, cardboard, pallets, hardware etc in the event the equipment needs to be returned but our goal is to get your investment up and running as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $99 applies to parts only in the lower 48 states. Some restrictions apply for equipment and batteries. Equipment and batteries cannot be shipped via traditional small package carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Equipment and batteries require shipping on a pallet or dedicated flatbed carrier.  This type of freight is more complicated and expensive than small package deliveries for many reasons.  For example, there are a list of accessory charges that must be taken into consideration such as Lift Gate to ground level, Residential Delivery, Inside Delivery, Hotel/Apartment, School, Military Base, Shopping Mall etc..  For us to provide you with the best freight quote, we must discuss your specific delivery needs.  Then we can search for the safest, lowest cost delivery solution.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
