Escateq- Escalator Tread Cleaning System

Escalator cleaning is one of the last unstandardized processes in modern facilities. Escalators are still cleaned inconsistently, reactively, and without documentation.

If escalator surface maintenance is not formally defined within your building’s maintenance program, condition is often inconsistent, reactive, and difficult to verify.

The EscaTEQ Method can address this gap by replacing infrequent, disruptive, restorative cleaning with a more frequent, lower-impact approach that keeps escalators cleaner, often at a comparable or lower annual cost.
