  • Parts coverage: Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects will be shipped to you free of charge during the warranty period.
  • Travel charges: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with travel charges if a 3rd party service provider is required to complete the repair either in the field or at a repair facility, regardless of whether the service call(s) are related to warranty or non warranty.
