Did not get all my order and heard nothing but excuses

I ordered 4 items for my machine that I was needing for a big job. Got two of the items very quick with a note that said the other would ship in a couple of days. Time passed and I ended up calling. The person I talked with said that he called the warehouse and the items would ship in a couple of days. Two weeks later I had to call back and listen to excuses. 1 was we are in the process of moving warehouses and that delayed it. Then it was the ice storm. If they would have shipped it after the first call the ice storm would have not been a factor. I ended up canceling and ordering from a different company that had the parts I need to me in 3 days.
