What Do We Replace? (Where Applicable)	New Lead Acid Batteries (also includes new cables) New Charger New Vac Motor New Water Solenoid New Side Squeegee Skirts New Front/Rear Squeegees New Brushes New Tank Seals and New Gaskets New Solution and New Recovery Hoses New Castors and New rollers New Circuit Breakers New Debris Tray/Cage New Filters New Tires/Wheels New Belts and Pulleys Brush motors, drive motors, wiring harnesses and control boards are all tested for continuity, these components do not get replaced if they pass our tests, if they do not pass our tests, we replace prior to delivery Solution and recovery tanks are tested for leaks, fissures, and cracks. We replace tanks if they have compromising defects. We make every attempt to deliver a "showroom" like product, but there are times where the tanks have visible gouges, dents and scratches. We make every attempt to smooth these imperfections out with heat treatment.
Warranty Explained	9 Months Parts, 1 Month Labor and 1 Year Prorated Batteries What do I do if I need service for the equipment? Contact us and our internal service technicians will review your specific service needs Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects will be shipped to you free of charge during the warranty period. Unless otherwise noted, our battery powered refurbish machines ship with lead acid batteries, which require periodic watering and maintenance from the operator Customers are responsible for the costs associated with labor and travel charges if a 3rd party service provider is required to complete the repair either in the field or in a repair facility after the initial 1 month labor warranty expires We work with an extensive network of national service providers so if you need help connecting with one in your area please let us know during the buying process. Important- Service quotes, estimates and/or service repairs completed without previous written approval/authorization from SweepScrub.com and its affiliates will void the warranty during the warranty period.
