  • We make every attempt to deliver a "showroom" like product, but there are times where the tanks have visible gouges, dents and scratches. We make every attempt to smooth these imperfections out with heat treatment. 
Warranty Explained 
  • 6 Months Parts, 1 Month Labor and 1 Year Prorated Starter Battery
  • What do I do if I need service for the equipment? 
    • Contact us and our internal service technicians will review your specific service needs 
    • Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects will be shipped to you free of charge during the warranty period. 
    • Customers are responsible for the costs associated with labor and travel charges if a 3rd party service provider is required to complete the repair either in the field or in a repair facility after the initial 1 month labor warranty expires 
    • We work with an extensive network of national service providers so if you need help connecting with one in your area please let us know during the buying process.
    • Important- Service quotes, estimates and/or service repairs completed without previous written approval/authorization from SweepScrub.com and its affiliates will void the warranty during the warranty period.
